We are an SBA approved Joint Venture comprised of two Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business firms that provides administrative, training, organizational development and process related change management support to government and commercial clients. Our team of qualified professionals hold multiple certifications, including the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Program Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, as well as Secret and Top Secret clearances.

As a premier management consulting contractor, CORSAGE has a distinguished history of providing administrative support services, organizational development implementation efforts, strategic management planning and development, program and project management, and financial management to Federal, state, and local governments.
Ms. Evans is a natural leader with a deep commitment to public service. She currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CORG, LLC, a full-service management consulting and real estate firm. Her responsibilities include the management of the corporation, its employees and contractors. For the internal management of the company, she provides complete leadership to the firm as well as guidance and direction by managing the implementation of business strategies, daily operations, bid and proposal writing, and contract pricing. In addition, she develops and approves company-wide plans, policies, procedures and staff allocations, company loans, leases, and purchase of major equipment. For contract maintenance, she has the final authority and signs all contracts. Performing multiple task simultaneously and managing various overlapping projects are key components of her strengths. Ms. Evans has served on the Board of Directors for Helping Hands Home Ownership Foundation and she was a local director for Metro South Association

of Realtors. She is also a regular contributor and educator with the University of Georgia Extension Program. Working in this industry for over 14 years, her area of expertise focuses on administrative management consulting, education and training, and real estate. Ms. Evans extensive educational and training background includes a complementary combination of business, management, communication and advocacy. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Corporate Contracts at Kennesaw State University and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Operations at DeVry Institute of Technology. Prior to becoming the executive director and president of CORG, she worked in Corporate America for over 11 years as a Network Engineer and Project Manager. While Ms. Evans academic training and professional background has allowed her to develop strong organization and performance skills, she believes that passion, purpose and preparation are the cornerstones to her success. Ms. Evans is well respected by her peers and has developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry. As a member of the National Contract Management Association, Ms. Evans strives to be an effective industry leader.

Sonya Hopson is an accomplished project manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in developing, managing, and enhancing programs. Her career started in the nuclear power generation industry at Constellation Energy’s Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, then advanced to the aerospace industry at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight. Under her leadership Sage Services Group LLC has expanded its services to include; Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Training and Event Logistics, and Executive Coaching. Her vision and passion for growing the company has expanded our services offerings into Pennsylvania (Pa DOT MBE Certified) , Virginia (VDOT MBE Certified) , North Carolina (NC DOT MBE Certified) Georgia (GDOT MBE Certified), and Florida. Ms. Hopson obtained her undergraduate degree in Physics from Norfolk State University. She pursued and obtained another Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland College Park. Because of her love for young people and the education system, she returned to school and received her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University.
